Back to School Backpack Registration for Grades 1-8

Please fill in ALL the requested information below for Back-to-School Backpacks.

Registration closes Midnight, August 21st, 2025.

*We cannot guarantee every registrant will receive a bag.
*We will do our best to fulfill all requests.
*Priority will be given to club families.

Pickup will be at the Boys & Girls Club (Program Side) on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, August 20th - 22nd between 12pm-5pm.

The Adult who registers for the Backpacks must sign when picking them up.
